Patch 0.2.17 and Equipment Management - Squad 22: ZOV

Patch 0.2.17 and Equipment Management

Patch 0.2.17 and Equipment Management

Added:

  • New weapons and ammunition for them have been added to the supply to the warehouses, as well as to the enemies. Meet SKS (Donbass Spring), AK-12, AK-74M with collimator sights, M16A4, etc., as well as various variants of compatible magazines, including the ability to take magazines from RPK for use on caliber-compatible AKs. The M16 has become available as a trophy weapon.
  • New armor jackets, combat belts and carrying systems, helmets, and various backpacks have been added to the stock supplies. All of these affect the number of items carried, the weight of the equipment and the protection of fighters in combat. Plan and customize the style to suit you and the skills of your fighters!
  • Added “wait for orders” command training to the tutorial mission to demonstrate the benefits of simultaneous actions.

Fixed:

  • Fixed a problem that could cause a fighter to start trying to open an already open door
  • Fixed a defect that could cause you to lose control of your fighter when reloading
  • Improved enemy behavior when the player uses suppressive fire
  • Fixes some problems with trenches in the second mission of Donbass Spring
  • Minor fixes to the battle interface (HUD) and improvements to the display of the command to change the direction of view
  • Small improvements and refinements to the screens.

Some notes:

  • If you have already started a campaign, new equipment supplies will only be applied with newly completed missions, starting with them.
  • Now it is obligatory to take magazines to the weapon (the weapon itself no longer contains a magazine)
  • If you have taken several types of magazines compatible with the weapon, the magazines with the maximum number of ammunition will be used in combat
  • In case of reloading the magazine with the highest number of ammunition will be used
  • The weapon selector in combat indicates the number of ammunition in the magazine and the number of available ammunition, not counting the magazine used in other weapons (if the weapon is taken in combat).
